I called Dan on Thursday regarding my garage door that would not open fully. Dan came out quickly and assessed that I had a broken spring. Dan rounded up the parts and returned Monday morning as promised, fixed it quickly, and charged me to the penny of his estimate. And . . . without me asking . . . he tuned up and lubricated my other garage door at no extra charge. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable and personable technician came to my house and took care of my door problem. I had a lighting issue on the other side and he fixed that as well. He lubricated the doors and noticed a cracked part, which he also took care of. Outstanding!!!

The Torsion Spring broke on our garage door and I called Dan’s Garage Door for repair, as we couldn’t even raise the door to bring the car in. They came out the next morning to fix it. My experience was so positive I just have to write a review. This company is the very best! Dan arrived later in the day but worked into the evening until the job was completed. After installing a new garage door opener it has never been so quiet. To say Dan was competent is an understatement. Plus he was so pleasant and went the extra mile to make sure EVERYTHING was working as it should. I felt the cost was totally worth it and very reasonable. I was thoroughly pleased! I can’t recommend Dan’s Garage Door enough. Often you don’t fine companies like this that are conscientious and meticulous in every detail and are not in a hurry to get in and out. We needed our old garage doors tuned up but kept putting it off because we were afraid they would need to be replaced. Gary came out to look at them and said he would do his best to adjust them without us needing to replace anything. He oiled and adjusted them and they work great, no more shaking! He never pressured us to buy or replace anything and even showed me how to oil them myself so we could keep them running smoothly. When we finally decide to replace our doors and ancient openers, I’ll definitely be going back to Dan’s Garage Doors.
